On April 24, 2013 the New York chapter of the Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums presented a lecture entitled: Life of Raphael and the Renaissance. Our speaker was Rev. Gregory Waldorp, S.J., PhD, Assistant Professor of Art at Fordham University and Executive Director of the University’s Art Collection. Fr. Waldorp’s comments focused on the relationship of Raphael with the Popes whom he served. It was an illuminating experience for all who attended.
